The contingency fees at the Max Group is payable only if a candidate is hired through our efforts. Our fees are based upon the newly hired candidate's first year salary and will be based on thirty percent (30%) of the Candidates first year base salary. In the event a Client enters into an "exclusive agreement" our fee will be based on twenty five percent (25%) of the Candidates first year base salary.
The contingency fee is earned and will be invoiced upon the candidate's acceptance of the Employer's offer of employment for any position and will be due thirty (30) days subsequent to the candidate's start date. In the event of non-payment, an 18% interest per annum will be assessed on the unpaid balance, and Employer will be required to pay reasonable collection costs and attorney's fees involved with the collection of this agreement.

Max Group will guarantee sixty (60) days of full-time employment from the successful candidate's start date. If the candidate leaves under his/her own volition during this guarantee period or is terminated for cause, we will replace the candidate within forty five (45) days or refund on a pro-rata basis the fees earned.
This guarantee is subject to receipt of payments as described above. No modification or waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement will be effective unless made in writing, specifically referring to this Agreement, and signed by both parties.
